With the air quality in Delhi deteriorating and the AQI exceeding 400, authorities have reimposed the most stringent measures under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP-4).

The GRAP-4 guidelines include a ban on construction and demolition activities, restrictions on truck entry into the city, and the closure of schools for students in grades VI to IX and XI. Additionally, non-essential commercial activities may be halted, and a work-from-home mandate will apply to 50% of employees in both government and private sectors.
